Save On A New Lincoln Sedan In Long Beach, CA

Lincoln has a well-balanced sedan lineup, and over the years, it has continued to adapt by modernizing its selections. Some of the choices that are offered include the MKZ, MKZ Hybrid Reserve, and the Continental.

Lincoln MKZ

The new Lincoln MKZ offers exceptional features, coming loaded with a standard four-cylinder engine that provides 245 horsepower. However, it is also offered in the Carson area with a twin-turbo V6 engine. The V6 front-wheel-drive offers 350 horsepower while the all-wheel-drive offers 400 horsepower.  On average, the MKZ will yield an EPA-estimated 20 MPG city and 31 MPG highway. For added consistency, the all-wheel drive is on par with the front-wheel-drive with city miles but does offer a slight reduction in highway miles by two.

The MKZ's technology features an eight-inch touchscreen infotainment system. The touchscreen has Lincoln's SYNC® 3 operating system that works well with most smartphones due to its Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto™ integration.

There are safety features that come standard in the new MKZ, including a forward-collision warning system that detects an unusual approach of an oncoming vehicle and will alert the driver. If the driver does not respond quickly enough, the brakes will automatically activate to minimize the impending collision. Also, there is a blind spot monitoring system that alerts the driver of vehicles in their blind-spots on both sides of the car.

The rear cross-traffic technology gives notification of a vehicle projected to cross the MKZ's trajectory when it is in reverse. It also provides available adaptive cruise control. The cruise control feature reduces driver fatigue by having a preset rate of speed that eliminates the driver's need for acceleration and braking. The MKZ will stay at a safe distance from the front vehicle regardless of speed up to the preset numbers, even coming to a complete stop, if necessary.

Lincoln MKZ Hybrid Reserve

The Lincoln MKZ Hybrid Reserve comes loaded as a front-wheel-drive with an all-wheel-drive option. It has a standard four-cylinder 2.0-liter engine and automatic transmission. On average, it provides an impressive EPA-estimated MPG 42 city and 39 MPG highway. Other trims of the Hybrid have reduced fuel efficiencies.

The Hybrid Reserve's interior offers multi-contour seats that indulge the body once correctly seated. Further, it provides:

  • Leather Padding
  • Wood Trims
  • Ambient Interior Lighting
  • Power-Adjustable Steering Column
  • Satellite Radio
  • Illuminated Doorsill Plates

It also provides automatic headlights, heated seats, a navigation system and power mirrors.

Some of the safety measures that the Reserve trim offers include a forward-collision warning system, automatic braking, standard blind-spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alerts, adaptive cruise control and more.

Lincoln Continental

The Lincoln Continental is a classic that has evolved over the years. It has a spacious interior, many safety features and technological advancements. It has three different V6 engines available to Signal Hill shoppers that include the 3.0-liter twin-turbo V6 option. The Continental can accelerate from zero to 60 mph in 5.0 seconds.

The new Continental has a large trunk, folding rear seats, and large cargo bins. It offers Carson shoppers 30-way-adjustable Perfect Position seats that provided heating technology. The cabin also features an eight-inch touchscreen infotainment system that controls audio, navigation and climate control. The audio system highlights SiriusXM satellite radio, Android Auto™ and Apple CarPlay® integration, USB connectivity and an optional Revel 13- or 19-speaker system with HD radio.
